Integration FAQs
Below are some common questions we receive about integrations:
Can I archive an integration I no longer use?
If you no longer want a store to import new data, we recommend disabling the integration instead of deleting it.
Disabling an integration will:
- Pause all scheduled imports
- Preserve all historical listings, orders, and purchases
- Allow you to re-enable the integration at any time
If you're switching to a new store, you can keep your old integration disabled and then connect your new store, as Craftybase allows you to connect multiple shops through each integration once activated.
Tip: If you only want to stop automatic scheduled pulls but still pull manually, you can turn off Automatic Updates instead.
What’s the difference between disabling and disconnecting an Integration?
- Disable Integration: Temporarily pauses imports and keeps all historical data intact.
- Disconnect/Delete Integration: Removes the integration and may remove pulled data, meaning you’d need to reconnect and re-pull data if needed later.
When I update inventory in my sales channel, will it update in Craftybase?
No, updates made directly to stock levels on your sales channels (outside of sales) will not sync to Craftybase.
Craftybase pulls order data from your connected sales channels, and inventory is automatically adjusted based on those incoming sales to produce a real-time calculation of your stock levels. You'll want to think of Craftybase as your "master of stock" for your inventory management.
When I update inventory in Craftybase, will it update on my sales channel?
Craftybase now supports pushing stock levels back to Shopify and Etsy using our Stock Push feature.
We’re currently working on expanding the Stock Push feature to support more integrations. If there’s a specific platform you’d like included, please reach out and share your request.
