Exporting manufactures

How to take your manufacture data out of Craftybase.

Craftybase provides the ability to download your manufactures for further analysis via a spreadsheet

Exporting your Manufactures

  1. Navigate to your Manufactures list page
  2. In the table pagination area, click the link called  Export
  3. Wait for the file to download, then open the CSV file in your spreadsheet program of choice to edit.

Downloading the CSV file

After clicking Export, you can click the bell icon on the upper right-hand side of the screen. This will access your notifications tab, which provides a link to download the CSV file.


Fields:

Manufacture ID A unique identifier for each manufacture, used for tracking purposes.
Manufacture Date The date when the manufacture process was initiated.
Batch Code A unique code that identifies your manufacture
Auto Manufactured? Indicates whether the manufacture was automatically created based on an order or stock level (Yes/No).
Product Name The name of the product being manufactured.
Variation Name The specific variation of the product, such as size or color, if applicable.
SKU The Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) associated with the product or variation.
Minutes Worked The total time (in minutes) spent manufacturing the product.
Quantity The number of units produced in the manufacturing process.
Batch Quantity The number of batches produced in the manufacturing process.
Actual Quantity The quantity produced has been added to inventory due to this manufacture.
Quantity Type Specifies the unit of measurement used for the product, such as grams, ounces, or units.
Total Labor Cost The total cost of labor incurred during the manufacture process.
Total Materials Cost The total cost of materials used to manufacture the product.
Currency Code The currency in which the costs and prices are calculated, such as USD, CAD, etc.
Notes Any additional information or comments related to the manufacture process.
