Exporting manufactures
Download your manufacture history as a CSV file for use in other tools or as a backup.
Need to review your production runs in a spreadsheet, or share manufacture data with your accountant? Exporting your manufactures gives you a complete record of every production run — quantities, costs, dates, and associated orders — in a format you can open in Excel, Numbers, or Google Sheets.

Exporting your manufactures
To export your manufacture history:

Go to your Manufactures list page.

In the table pagination area, click the Export icon.

the app will generate your export file in the background. When it is ready, it will be available for download in your Notifications area.
To export specific manufactures only, use the Filter options on the left side of the page before clicking the export icon. Only the filtered results will be included in the download.
Downloading the CSV file
After clicking the Export icon, click the bell icon in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. This opens your Notifications tab and shows a link to download the CSV file.
Fields included in the manufactures export
The export file contains the following fields:
| Manufacture ID | A unique identifier for each manufacture, used for tracking purposes. |
| Start Date | The date the manufacture was started. |
| End Date | The date the manufacture was completed. |
| Production Deadline | The deadline set for the manufacture. |
| Batch Code | A unique code that identifies this manufacture. |
| Auto Manufactured? | Whether the manufacture was automatically created based on an order or stock level (Yes/No). |
| Order Associated? | Whether the manufacture is linked to an order (Yes/No). |
| Order Code | The code of the associated order, if any. |
| Order Quantity | The quantity from the associated order line item. |
| Product | The name of the product being manufactured. |
| Variation | The specific variation of the product, such as size or colour, if applicable. |
| SKU | The SKU associated with the product or variation. |
| Minutes Worked | The total time in minutes spent manufacturing the product. |
| Quantity | The number of units produced. |
| Batch Quantity | The number of batches produced. |
| Actual Quantity | The quantity produced that was added to inventory from this manufacture. |
| Quantity Type | The unit of measurement used for the product, such as grams, ounces, or units. |
| Total Labour Cost | The total labour cost incurred during this manufacture. |
| Total Materials Cost | The total cost of materials used to manufacture the product. |
| Currency Code | The currency in which costs are calculated (e.g., USD, CAD). |
| Notes | Any additional information or comments about this manufacture. |
| Created At | The date and time the manufacture was created in the app. Displayed in your account time zone. |
| Updated At | The date and time the manufacture was last updated in the app. Displayed in your account time zone. |
