Manage your Craftybase subscription
Learn how to start your subscription and change plans & payment methods.
You can start a Craftybase subscription anytime after your free trial ends. To get started, sign in to your Craftybase account.

Finding your Subscription page.
To find your Subscription page:
- From Settings, hover your mouse over the icon in the top right-hand corner of the page (it looks like three horizontal sliders).
Select the option Your Subscription in the menu that appears.
Start Your Subscription
- Go to your Subscription page ( How do I find my subscription page?)
Click the Purchase Subscription button.
- Choose from either monthly or annual billing, then the plan you would like to subscribe to.
Click the Subscribe button. This will take you through our secure checkout process, where you can enter your payment details.
You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, and Amex credit cards. Payments are securely processed using PayPal Australia Australia Pty. Ltd if you choose to pay through PayPal.
If you subscribe before your trial ends, your subscription will begin, and your payment method will be billed once your 14-day trial expires.
Changing Your Plan
To change your plan:
- Go to your Subscription page ( How do I find my subscription page?)
Click Change Plan to see the available plans.
Choose monthly or annual billing, then click Subscribe under the plan you wish to move to.
- Click the Yes, Change Plan button to confirm.
If upgrading, all features on the new plan will automatically apply to your account. If downgrading, all features available on the higher plan will no longer be available. Any unused time from your previous plan will be prorated and added as a credit to your account.
If your plan was automatically upgraded due to exceeding the Average Order Line Item Limit for your plan, you can change your plan back as long as:
>You are not utilizing any of the features specifically linked to the higher plan
>Your daily Average Order Line Items are lower than the plan threshold.
Changing your payment method.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and PayPal.
To add or update your payment method:
- Go to your Subscription page ( How do I find my subscription page?)
Click the Manage Subscription
Click Payment Methods, then add or update a new card.
When you update your payment method, Craftybase will charge you via this method on your next renewal.
Changing your billing address
To update your billing address:
- Go to your Subscription page (How do I find my subscription page?)
Click the Manage Subscription
In the dialog that appears, choose Billing Address
- Select the address from the list, enter your new billing address details in the form, and click Update.
Updating your Billing email address
To update your billing email address:
- Go to your Subscription page ( How do I find my subscription page?)
Click the Manage Subscription
In the dialog that appears, choose Account Information.
- Select your name/company name from the list, then enter your new email address in the form and click Update
Viewing your Craftybase subscription invoices
To view your Craftybase subscription invoices
- Go to your Subscription page (How do I find my subscription page?)
Click the Manage Subscription
Then click on Billing History. You will be shown a list of your previous invoices where you can download the individual invoices you require.
