Changing your Craftybase plan

Learn how to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your account.

Upgrading your plan

When you upgrade from one plan to another plan, you will be charged a prorated amount that takes into account the amount you have paid previously and the time left in your plan.

To upgrade your plan:

  1. Hover your mouse over the slider icon in the main menu and choose Your Subscription in the dropdown menu that appears.
  2. Click Change Plan to see the available plans.
  3. Choose monthly or annual billing, then click Subscribe under the plan you wish to move to. 
  4. Click Yes, Change Plan button to confirm.

All features on the new plan will be instantly available to you once the plan change is complete.

Downgrading from a higher plan

When you downgrade from one plan to another plan:

  • All features available on the higher plan will no longer be available.
  • Unused time from your previous plan will be prorated and added as a credit to your account.

If your plan was automatically upgraded due to exceeding the Average Order Line Item Limit for your plan, you can downgrade again as long as:

  1. You are not currently utilizing any of the features specifically linked to the higher plan (i.e. multi-level components)
  2. Your daily Average Order Line Items are currently lower than the plan threshold.

Please keep in mind that you won't be able to downgrade if your average order line item count is higher than the limit on the plan you want to switch to.

Switch from Monthly to Annual Billing

All Craftybase plans are available as either monthly or annual billing. Annual billing is a once-a-year recurring payment.

Tip: By committing to an annual plan, you'll get 2 months free!

  1. Hover your mouse over the slider icon in the main menu and choose Your Subscription in the dropdown menu that appears.
  2. Click Change Plan to see the available plans.
  3. Choose monthly or annual billing, then click Subscribe under the plan you wish to move to. 
  4. Click Yes, Change Plan button to confirm.

Please note that if you switch to the yearly cycle, you will be charged a prorated amount that takes into account the amount of time left on your monthly plan.


Cancelling your account

Sorry to see you go! You can cancel your account at any time by following the instructions below.


To cancel your account:

1. Navigate to your Subscription page

2. On the page that appears, click the Close My Account button

3. Complete the form and click the Yes, Cancel my account button


To cancel your account if you are billed directly via the Shopify app store:

  1. Navigate to your Apps and Sales Channels in your Shopify Admin account
  2. Next to the Craftybase app, click , and then click Uninstall.
  3. This will send an update to Craftybase to close and discontinue your subscription.

IMPORTANT: Please note that we remove access to your account immediately following your confirmation, as per our Terms & Conditions. Please make sure you have exported all data you would like to take with you before you proceed with the cancellation.

We delete all accounts 30 days after they are canceled. All data entered, along with account and contact details, will be deleted entirely from our database. This ensures that we only hold the data we need to provide a service to our subscribers and comply with data protection legislation.
