How does automatic daily importing work for sales channels?

Once your  Sales Channel is connected, Craftybase will start performing a daily update every day at 5 a.m. in your local time zone. Depending on the sales channel integration, the daily update will import any new data found and will check for any changes made to your last 30 days of orders (i.e. shipped status, adjustments and refunds).

This daily update will always check for changes starting from the last import date. For the first import, it will check for all changes up to 3 months in the past. For subsequent imports, it will use the last import date which will usually be 24 hours previously but may be different if a manual import has been done in the meantime.

Once you have subscribed you can import more than 3 months of historical data if you wish by triggering a manual import with the desired date range. After a manual import is completed, the daily import will use the last import's maximum date in the range and continue the daily updates again as usual from this point.

At this point in time, automatic updating cannot be switched off. If you would be interested in this feature please let us know and we'll add your vote for it to our suggestions list!
