Manage your Craftybase subscription

Learn how to start your subscription, change plans & payment methods.

You can start a Craftybase subscription anytime after your free trial ends. To get started, sign in to your Craftybase account.

Finding your Subscription page

To find your Subscription page:

  1. From Settings, hover your mouse over the icon in the top right-hand corner of the page (it looks like three horizontal sliders).
  2. Select the option Your Subscription in the menu that appears.

Starting your Subscription

  1. Go to your Subscription page
  2. Click the Purchase Subscription button.


  3. Choose from either monthly or annual billing, then the plan you would like to subscribe to.
  4. Click the Subscribe button. This will take you through our secure checkout process, where you can enter your payment source and details.

Changing your payment method

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and PayPal.

To add or update your payment method:

  1. Go to your Subscription page ( How do I find my subscription page?)
  2. Click the Manage Subscription


  3. Click Payment Methods, then add or update a new card.

When you update your payment method, Craftybase will charge you via this method on your next renewal forward. 

Changing your billing address

To update your billing address:

  1. Go to your Subscription page (How do I find my subscription page?)
  2. Click the Manage Subscription
  3. In the dialog that appears, choose Billing Address
  4. Select the address from the list, enter your new billing address details in the form, and click Update.

Updating your billing email address

To update your billing email address:

  1. Go to your Subscription page ( How do I find my subscription page?)
  2. Click the Manage Subscription
  3. In the dialog that appears, choose Account Information.
  4. Select your name/company name from the list, then enter your new email address in the form and click Update

Viewing your subscription invoices

To view your Craftybase subscription invoices

  1. Go to your Subscription page (How do I find my subscription page?)
  2. Click the Manage Subscription
  3. Then click on Billing History. You will be shown a list of your previous invoices where you can download the individual invoices you require.

Can I reactivate my account if it has expired?

Yes, you can reactivate your account at any time by following the instructions here.

  1. Login to your Craftybase account
  2. Click on Reactivate account on the expiry message that appears
  3. Follow the instructions to update your payment details

Can I subscribe before my trial ends?

Yes. If you subscribe before your trial ends, your subscription will begin, and your payment method will be billed once your 14-day trial expires. 

Can I pause my trial?

It isn't possible to pause a trial, apologies! We are happy to offer you a second trial in the future when you are ready - just get in touch and we can arrange.

What payment types do you accept?

You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, and Amex credit cards. Payments are securely processed using PayPal Australia Australia Pty. Ltd if you choose to pay through PayPal. 

Can I pay in a different currency?

Sorry - at this time, we only offer subscriptions in US Dollars. 

What happens to my data when I subscribe?

All data entered during your free trial will be still available to you when you subscribe.

Can I take a payment holiday on my subscription?

Unfortunately, we don't offer payment holidays or subscription pauses at this point in time. If you are taking a short break from your business, get in touch and we'll be happy to discuss some ways we can help!

How is my subscription billed?

Your subscription is billed automatically each month using your nominated payment details, on the same day you subscribed on. 

E.g., If you subscribe on the 18th of March, your next payment will be on the 18th of April.

You will receive an invoice each month after the payment has been successfully taken. If we have any issues taking payment, we will advise you via email and hold your account in a pending state until the payment issue has been resolved.
