How can I download a backup of my data?

On most of your list pages you’ll find an Export link on the right hand side of the page.

In this section, you’ll find a link that will allow you to export your currently filtered results in CSV format. 

CSV (or Comma Separated Value) files are able to be opened in any popular spreadsheet program, including Microsoft Excel and Apple Numbers (Mac).
