Exporting data

Your CSV exports are a quick way to get your Craftybase data into a spreadsheet for further analysis, reporting, or record-keeping.

On most of your list pages, you will find an Export icon at the top and bottom of the table pagination area of the page.

Clicking the Export icon generates a CSV file that you can open in any spreadsheet program, including Microsoft Excel, Apple Numbers, and Google Sheets.

The download will use any search or filter currently applied. If you only want to export a specific category, make sure you have applied the filter before clicking the Export icon. To download all of your records, ensure no filters or searches are applied first.

After clicking the Export icon, click the bell icon on the upper right-hand side of the screen to open your notifications tab. This will provide a link to download the CSV file when it is ready.
