How do I add shipping charges for a Purchase?

The best way to track your shipping costs for expenses you incur is by adding them directly to the Expense.

To add shipping amounts for an Expense

1. Follow the first steps in How do I add an Expense? to find your Expense form

2. On the form, find the box called Shipping – this will be located in the Expense Items totals section.

3. Enter the amount in total you paid for shipping the items, and this amount will automatically be proportioned to every Expense Item you have in your Expense.
