Resetting your password

Learn how to request a reset of your Craftybase password.

To reset your password, you can do so via the Forgot Password link:

1. Make sure you are logged out by clicking on Log Out at the top right of the navigation bar.
2. Then click on the Sign In link.
3. On the sign-in page, click on the Forgot your password? link. This link appears directly under the Password label on the form.
4. On the next page, enter the email address you signed up for and click the Reset Password button.
5. Doing this will send an email with an access link where you will be able to reset your password.

Having trouble receiving your reset email?

If you've requested your password reset email and haven't received it, walk through the following steps:

1. Make sure to check your spam and junk folders. Sometimes, these emails can accidentally get sent into these folders, so be sure to check them.
2. You should also consider adding Craftybase to your email contacts or Safe Sender list. This will help make sure your reset email makes it into your inbox.
