Changing your password
Learn how to request a reset of your Craftybase password.

Forgot Password
To change your password, you can do so via the Forgot Password link:
- Make sure you are logged out by clicking Log Out at the top right of the navigation bar.
- Click on the Sign In link.
- On the sign-in page, click Forgot your password? (located directly under the Password field).
- Enter the email address you signed up with.
- Click Reset Password.
You’ll receive an email containing a secure link to reset your password (valid for 48 hours)
If you have configured Security Questions on your account, you’ll be asked to answer both of your selected questions before setting your new password (Set up Security Questions)
Troubleshooting
Having trouble receiving your reset email?
If you've requested your password reset email and haven't received it, walk through the following steps:
- Make sure to check your spam and junk folders. Sometimes, these emails can accidentally get sent into these folders, so be sure to check them.
- You should also consider adding Craftybase to your email contacts or Safe Sender list. This will help make sure your reset email makes it into your inbox.
