Troubleshooting Login Issues
If you’re having trouble logging in, don’t worry - we have a list of common troubleshooting situations below that should help get you back up and running.
I've forgotten my password
Check out the steps to reset your password here: Resetting your password.
I'm not receiving any emails
- Check that you created your Craftybase account with the correct email. If you have different personal and work email addresses, visit https://craftybase.com/login and enter your email address to make sure that you’re using the right one.
- Check your spam folder and talk to your IT team. If emails from Craftybase aren’t getting delivered to your inbox or spam folder, or links in our emails are expiring, ask your IT team to allow emails from @craftybase.com.
I'm locked out of my account
To ensure that we maintain a high level of account security, you may find that you have been locked out of your account. This can occur if you attempt to log in with incorrect credentials more than three times in an hour. Once 60 minutes have passed after the last incorrect attempt, your account will be re-enabled, and you should be able to log in again.
Your account will be permanently locked if you attempt more than five incorrect logins in a row. In this case, please contact our support team, and they can assist with reenabling your account.
I didn't receive a 2FA code
