Trouble signing in or need to reset your password? You're in the right place. This article walks you through logging in, handling two-factor authentication, and sorting out the most common login problems.

Logging in with an email address
Logging in is quick and easy. Here's how:
- Open your browser and go to craftybase.com/login.
- Enter your email address and password.
- If your account requires two-factor authentication (2FA), type in the six-digit code from your authentication app to complete the login.

I've forgotten my password

I'm not receiving any emails
- Check that you created your account with the correct email. If you have different personal and work email addresses, visit craftybase.com/login and confirm you're using the right one.
- Check your spam folder and talk to your IT team. If emails from Craftybase aren't arriving in your inbox or spam folder, or links in our emails are expiring, ask your IT team to allow emails from @craftybase.com.
I'm locked out of my account
To protect your account, you may be locked out if you enter incorrect credentials more than three times within an hour. Once 60 minutes have passed since the last incorrect attempt, your account will be re-enabled, and you should be able to log in again.
Your account will be permanently blocked if you enter incorrect credentials five or more times in a row. If this happens, please contact our support team, and they can re-enable your account.
I didn't receive a 2FA code
