How 2FA works
For an added layer of security, we offer two-factor authentication (2FA) for your Craftybase account. If your password is compromised or stolen, you’ll have peace of mind knowing that only you can sign in.
This means you'll now need to enter a verification code along with your username and password each time you log in.

I haven't received my authentication code
- Check that you created your Craftybase account with the correct email. If you have different personal and work email addresses, visit https://craftybase.com/login and enter your email address to make sure that you’re using the right one.
- Check your spam folder and talk to your IT team. If emails from Craftybase aren’t getting delivered to your inbox or spam folder, or links in our emails are expiring, ask your IT team to allow emails from @craftybase.com.
