About order discounts
Discounts can be added as a component to the total for an Order. If you'd like more details about how discounts are applied to each item in your order, check out our article about Order Proportional Costing.
To add a discount to an order:
Navigate to your Order (or create a new Order)
Add the total amount you wish to discount on the order form in the Discount field.
Save the Order by clicking the Save Order button at the bottom of the page.
