Archiving variations

To archive a Variation:

  1. Go to your Variations page (How do I find my Variation detail page?)
  2. Hover over the ⋮ symbol to the left of the title to open the menu options

  3. Click the option called "Archive Variation." 

Note: Archiving a variation will remove it from your default list views and searches; however, it is still factored into all inventory calculations. Please ensure that your stock levels are correctly adjusted before archiving.
