Archiving variations

To archive a  Variation:

1. Go to your Variations page ( How do I find my Variation detail page?)

2. Hover over the ⋮ symbol to the left of the title to open the menu options

3. Click the option called "Archive Variation" 

Archiving a variation will remove it from your default list views and searches, however it is still factored into all inventory calculations. Please ensure that your stock levels are correctly adjusted before archiving.
