Troubleshooting Shopify imports

How to troubleshoot importing products, listings, orders and fees from Shopify

Having trouble getting your Shopify data imported into Craftybase? Here's a few things you can try yourself!

Locating your Shopify Listing ID

If you need to locate your Shopify Listing ID for us to look into a support issue:

1. Login to your Shopify account and navigate to your Shopify admin dashboard 

2. Select the Products tab

3. Select the product you would like to display the ID for

4. Look at the product page URL and you should see a set of numbers like shown below:

Locating your Shopify Order ID

If you need to locate your Shopify order ID for us to look into a support issue:

1. Login to your Shopify account and navigate to your Shopify admin dashboard 

2. Select the Orders tab

2. Locate your order from the list that appears. Your order number will be located in the "Order" column.
