How do I grant read access to my account for support?

If you have been requested by Craftybase support to provide read access to your account (and you wish to do so) please follow the instructions below:

1. Go to your  Account Settings page

2. On the form that appears, scroll down until you find the tick box called  Allow support access to account and make sure that this is ticked.

3. Click the Save Details button at the bottom of the form.
