Click the button, and the products will be updated to the selected state.
Updating time will vary depending on how many products have been selected in the batch update.
Bulk Update Products FAQ
What product states can I update in bulk?
You can update the following product states:
Active: The product is available for sale and included in inventory tracking.
Archived: The product is no longer active but remains in your records.
Draft: The product is in a work-in-progress state, something that you are not ready to sell yet. It's similar to a prototype product.
The product is listed in your inventory but won’t be tracked as an actively selling item. You'll have to filter by state to view it
Can I undo a bulk update?
Bulk updates cannot be undone automatically. If an update was made in error, you will need to manually update each product back to its previous state.
