How are Wix orders imported into Craftybase?

Our WiX integration will import all sales that have been created as Orders in WiX either via the web or via WiX POS.

Orders marked as HIDDEN in WiX are not available in the WiX feed, so they will not be imported into Craftybase.

The Payment Status found on the WiX order will be used to set the payment status in Craftybase. The Fulfillment Status found on the WiX order will be used to set the shipment status in Craftybase.

Payment Status Imported to Craftybase? Marked as Paid? Notes
PENDING No - Orders marked as PENDING will not be imported.
NOT_PAID No - Orders marked as NOT_PAID will not be imported.
UNSPECIFIED_PAYMENT_STATUS Yes No Orders marked as UNSPECIFIED_PAYMENT_STATUS will be imported, but no payment information or shipping info would be associated unless specified by the WiX feed.
PAID Yes Yes This status will occur when an has been paid. 
PARTIALLY_REFUNDED Yes Yes This is when the order is partially refunded either through WiX or manually. In this case, an adjustment will be added to the Order containing the amount refunded back to the customer. If WiX has recorded the stock returned, then the line item in question will be marked as canceled and the stock returned to your inventory.
FULLY_REFUNDED Yes Yes This is when the order is refunded through WiX or manually. In this case, an adjustment will be added to the Order containing the amount refunded back to the customer. If WiX has recorded the stock returned, then the line item in question will be marked as canceled and the stock returned to your inventory.
Fulfillment Status Imported to Craftybase? Marked as Shipped? Notes
CANCELED Yes No Orders marked as CANCELED will be imported, marked as canceled, and the stock returned to your inventory.
NOT_FULFILLED Yes No Orders marked as NOT_FULFILLED will not be marked as shipped.
PARTIALLY_FULFILLED Yes No Orders marked as PARTIALLY_FULFILLED will not be marked as shipped.
FULFILLED Yes Yes This status will occur when an order has been shipped.
