Exporting products
Download your products list as a CSV file for use in other tools or as a backup.
Need to analyse your finished product inventory outside of the app, or share stock data with a team member? Exporting your products gives you a complete snapshot of every product — stock levels, costs, and settings — in a format you can open in Excel, Numbers, or Google Sheets.

Exporting your products
To download a list of your products:

Go to your Products list page.

In the table pagination area, click the Export icon.
- the app will generate your export file in the background. When it is ready, it will be available for download in your Notifications area.
To export specific products only, use the Filter options on the left side of the page before clicking the export icon. Only the filtered results will be included in the download.
Downloading the CSV file
After clicking the Export icon, click the bell icon in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. This opens your Notifications tab and shows a link to download the CSV file.
Images are not included in the products export. To keep a record of your product images, download or save them directly from each individual product page.
Fields included in the products export
The export file contains the following fields:
| ID | The ID of the product. |
| SKU | The SKU of the product. |
| Title | The title of the product. |
| Category | The category of the product. |
| Description | The description of the product. |
| State | Whether the product is active or archived. |
| Stock on hand | The calculated quantity of stock currently on hand for this product. |
| Stock committed | The calculated quantity of stock committed to open orders. |
| Stock consigned | The calculated quantity of stock currently out on consignment. |
| Stock available | The calculated quantity of stock available for sale. |
| Stock shipped | The calculated quantity of stock that has been shipped. |
| Manufactures count | The total quantity manufactured for this product. |
| Stock sold | The total quantity sold. |
| Base sale cost | The material cost to produce one unit of this product. |
| Base unit price | The default unit price for the product. |
| Auto manufacture | Whether the product is set to automatically create a manufacture when an order is imported or created. |
| Measurement type | The unit of measurement for one unit of this product. |
| Sale quantity | The quantity committed and fulfilled when a sale is made. |
| Quantity low stock limit | The low stock threshold set for this product. |
| Starting quantity | The quantity available on your account start date. |
| Starting material unit cost | The unit cost for all quantities available of this product on your account start date. |
| Starting material total cost | The total material cost for all quantities available of this product on your account start date. |
| Created At | The date and time the product was created in the app. Displayed in your account time zone. |
| Updated At | The date and time the product was last updated in the app. Displayed in your account time zone. |
