Add or remove a manufacture

Learn how to add, remove, or make changes to a manufacture in Craftybase.

Craftybase lets you create a manufacture before or after you've made a single product or a batch of products. This decreases your on-hand material stock and increases product stock based on the quantity specified in the manufacture.

Add a manufacture

To add a manufacture:

1. Sign in to your Craftybase account.
2. Click Manufactures in the main menu.
3. Click Add Manufacture in the top-right side.
4. Enter relevant information about the manufacture.
5. Click Add Material, enter the material name, and the amount to use in the manufacture.
6. Click Save Manufacture.

If you're adding more than one manufacture, click Save Manufacture & Add Another to quickly add another manufacture.

Edit a manufacture

To edit a manufacture:

1. Sign in to your Craftybase account.
2. Click Manufactures in the main menu.
3. Click the batch code of the manufacture. Then click Edit Details.
4. Click Save Manufacture to save your changes.

Remove a manufacture

To remove a manufacture:

1. Sign in to your Craftybase account.
2. Click Manufactures in the main menu.
3. Click the batch code of the manufacture.
4. Click Remove.
5. Click Yes, Remove to confirm.

When you remove a manufacture, all the included materials are automatically returned to your inventory.

How do I remove a material from a Manufacture?

To remove a Material from a Manufacture:

1. Navigate to your Manufacture form
2. In the Materials Used table, click the x icon on the far right of the material you wish to remove
3. Click the Save button at the bottom of the form.
