Export contacts
To download your contacts list:
- Go to your Contacts list page
- In the table pagination area, click the link labeled Export.
- Wait for the file to download, then open the file in your spreadsheet program to edit.
If you would like to only export specific data, you can use the Filter Menu options along the left side of the page. Once your selections are made, select Filter, and only the data from the selected categories will be displayed. From there, you can then Export as explained above.
As an Etsy API partner, we are obliged to mention that exporting customer details for direct marketing is against Etsy's Terms of Service, so please ensure that your intended use of contact data is permissible by Etsy before proceeding.
After clicking Export, you can then click the bell icon on the upper right-hand side of the screen. This will access your notifications tab, which will provide a link to download the CSV file.
