Getting started as a secondary user

Learn how to accept your Craftybase invitation and get set up as a secondary user, so you can start helping manage your team’s inventory and production.

Accept your invitation

When someone invites you to join their Craftybase account, you’ll receive an email with the subject line: “You’ve been invited to join a Craftybase account”.

Click the Confirm my email address button in the email to get started.

Log in for the first time

Once you confirm your email, you’ll be taken to Craftybase where you can create your login password. After that, you’ll be automatically logged in.

Going forward, you can log in anytime at:

What you can do as a secondary user

The main account holder will set your permissions. Depending on what they’ve enabled, you might be able to:

• View and update product or material inventory
• Log batch productions (manufactures)
• Enter expenses or orders
• Access reports
• Help manage day-to-day operations

If you're unsure about what you have access to, please check with the person who invited you.

Troubleshooting

What should I do once I receive my Invitation Email?

1. Once you receive your email, click on the link inside to create your account.
2. You will first be taken to a page to set a password for your account. Ensure you remember this password, as you will need to log in to Craftybase in the future.
3. Once your password has been set, you should now have full access to the team account.
