Connect to Squarespace

To connect your Craftybase account with Squarespace, follow the instructions in our guide, "Connect your Squarespace integration." 

You should always create your products on Squarespace where possible and then pull them to create as products in Craftybase. 

Squarespace Products

Squarespace products will be pulled as products and listings in Craftybase. More details on the rules we apply can be found here: How does Craftybase pull products from my integration?

Squarespace Variants

Squarespace variants will be pulled as variation attributes and variations in Craftybase.

Square Orders

Order data pulls will automatically run at approximately 5 am in your time zone. However, you can initiate a data pull manually at any time. 

FAQ

Why aren't some of my Squarespace products appearing?

Craftybase currently supports the import of physical products only from Squarespace.

At the moment, any additional product types - including services, gift cards, and digital/download products - are not currently supported and will not be created into Craftybase.
