Add, change or remove a contact
Learn how to add, make changes, or remove a contact.
Contacts can be created in Craftybase to handle details about the customers you sell products to and the vendors you purchase materials from.

Adding a contact
To add a contact:
- Navigate to your Contacts list page (How do I find my contacts list?)
- Click on the Add contact button on the top right
- Make your changes to the form that appears
- Click Save.
Changing a contact
To edit a contact:
- Navigate to your Contacts list page (How do I find my contacts list?)
- Select the edit icon to the right of the contact you wish to edit
- Make your changes to the form that appears
- Click Save to commit your changes.
Removing a contact
You can delete a contact as long as it is not linked to any orders or expenses.
To delete a contact:
- Go to your Contacts List
- Click on the contact you wish to delete
- On the page that appears, click the Remove button in the top right-hand corner.
- Click the Yes, Remove button on the next page to confirm the deletion.
NOTE: Please note contacts can only be deleted if they are not associated with any expenses or orders. If you still wish to delete the contact you will first need to disassociate all expenses and/or orders.
