About the Manufacture Picklist report

The Manufacture Picklist report shows the current and projected stock levels for all materials within a specified product or variation. This report is useful for checking how many products can be made using the current stock available.

Finding this report:

  1. Navigate to the Reports area
  2. Click on the Manufactures Picklist report under the Manufactures heading.

Running this report:

  1. Select the recipe you wish to view by typing the recipe name into the Recipe box.
  2. Enter the number or items you would like to run the report for in the Batch Quantity box.
  3. Click the Run Report button.

Note: Recipe name can differ from your product name. When generating this report, if you're not able to find your product, verify that your recipe name matches your product name.

Report Breakdown:

SKU The SKU for the material listed
Name The name of the material listed
On Hand Current On Hand stock for the material
Allocated Materials that have been committed to planned manufactures
Available The total quantity of material available is listed before the selected batch quantity has been made
Required The total quantity available of the material listed that is required to make the selected Batch Quantity
After Remaining The total quantity available of the material listed after the selected Batch Quantity has been made

This report can be downloaded as a print-friendly PDF or a CSV in a spreadsheet for further analysis.

Manufacture Picklist Report Filters

Filters allow you to generate a tailored picklist for a specific order or a group of orders within a selected timeframe. You can filter to include materials that have been allocated to Not Started manufactures and/or Work In Progress manufacturers. These allocations sum across all manufactures in the account, not just the selected Recipe.
