About product inventory worksheets

This worksheet is designed to be printed and used as a way of manually recording your actual current stock stock available.This worksheet can be useful when initially backdating your stock into Craftybase, or for any periodic stocktake you may choose to do.

Note: This is not an online form for stock adjustment, you will need to download and print this worksheet and fill in by hand.

How to find this worksheet:

Navigate to your Reports page, then click Product Physical Inventory under the Products heading. 

To generate this worksheet:

If you would like to filter your products by category, select one from the Category drop-down. Otherwise, leave blank to view products for all categories. Next, select Products or Variations with the Display, then click the Run Report button.

Report Breakdown:

Code: This is your unique code for the product.

Name: Your name for the product.

Quantity: The current stock on hand for this product.

Unit: The tracking unit of measurement set for this product.

Physical Count: This box is for you to complete with your current physical count. Note: This is not an online form, you will need to download and print this worksheet and fill in by hand.

This report can be downloaded a print-friendly PDF or a CSV for further analysis in a spreadsheet.
