Does Craftybase integrate with Bigcommerce?

Sorry! Unfortunately at this time we do not integrate with BigCommerce.

If you use Square in your BigCommerce store, you may find that your BigCommerce orders are being imported when you import from Square. Unfortunately these payments do not contain the items sold, the taxes charged, discounts applied or shipping charges and instead are imported as "Custom Amount" orders. To fix this you can remove these orders and add them manually with the correct items sold.
