How do I merge Contacts together?
To merge together two or more contacts:
- Navigate to your Contacts page
- Select the checkboxes next to the Contacts you wish to merge into the selected one (these are the ones that will be removed)
- In the BATCH dropdown, select Merge Into…. A box to search for another contact will appear.
- Search for the contact you wish to merge these contacts into. This will be the contact that is kept.
- Click Update to start the merge process – it may take a little while depending on how many contacts are in the merge, and how many expenses are associated with each.
