How do I merge Contacts together?

To merge together two or more contacts:

  1. Navigate to your Contacts page
  2. Select the checkboxes next to the Contacts you wish to merge into the selected one (these are the ones that will be removed)
  3. In the BATCH dropdown, select Merge Into…. A box to search for another contact will appear.
  4. Search for the contact you wish to merge these contacts into. This will be the contact that is kept.
  5. Click Update to start the merge process – it may take a little while depending on how many contacts are in the merge, and how many expenses are associated with each.
