Associating an order item with a different product

To change an order item to a different product:

  1. Navigate to your edit page for the order (Learn how to edit an order).

  2. In the product textbox, start typing the name of the product you wish to move the order item to. The search will locate a list of matching products. Select the one you wish to use by clicking on that search result.

  3. Click the Save Order button at the bottom of the page.

NOTE: This process only applies to manually added orders. Orders imported from an integration cannot be edited. You will first want to create a copy of an imported order, edit the copy, and remove the original.
