Can I have more than one currency?

Craftybase only supports a single currency per account. If you have expenses that are not in your base currency, you should convert these at the historical daily rate that the expense was accrued.

Also remember, that if you wish to accurately account for the complete cost of the expense, you should also ensure that you account for any currency conversion fees that have been charged along the way (e.g. by your bank or payment gateway).
