Why aren't my fees being imported?
Fees aren't imported for most sales channels (Etsy is the exception) as the sales channels don't make this information available for us to be able to pull. If you want to track the fees, you can do so by putting them in manually as a general expense or using the bulk expense upload.
We suggest not adding the expense in as an line item on the order itself, as it isn't related to the items sold, and shouldn't be calculated into your COGS for the items.
